With the successful water recovery of more than 260 Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Boosters, the Kennedy Space Center (KSC) team has extensive expertise in the retrieval of launch vehicles following the delivery of spacecraft/payloads to space.  With its highly advanced radar and imagery systems, the team can provide assistance on tracking and monitoring, as well as the processes and safety procedures necessary for retrieving vehicles and returning them successfully to the launch site.
